There are 10 condo complexes in Manalapan, Briar Heath,  Fairways @ Battlegrounds, Knob Hill, Meadow Creek, Oak Knoll, Oak Ridge, Oxford Crossing, Southfield Estates, Town Pointe,  and Triangle Commons. There are 4 more in Englishtown, Tracy Station Estates, Tracy Village, Englishtown Commons, and The English Club . Elementary and middle school age children will attend Manalapan-Englishtown Regional Schools. There are 8 schools in MERS.  All kindergartners will attend the Early Learning Center, which is attached to Clark Mills School. Four schools, Clark Mills, John I Dawes, Milford Brook and Taylor Mills are for grades 1-3. Three schools, Lafayette Mills, Pine Brook and Wemrock Brook serve children in grades 4-6. Middle school children, grades 7-8 attend Manalapan Englishtown Middle School.

High school children  will attend the Freehold Regional High School District.

There are six high schools in the Freehold Regional High School District. the schools are  Manalapan, Freehold Township, Colts Neck, Freehold,  Howell and Marlboro. Children  attend the high school according to boundaries set by the district -  most children in Manalapan will attend Manalapan High School, some will attend Freehold Township High School.

There are specialized Learning Centers in each of the six high schools for students who are talented and highly motivated.  Any student from the region is eligible to enroll through a competitive admission process. The curriculums at the Specialized Learning Centers are:

       Manalapan - science and engineering, automotive technology and law enforcement and public safety academies

       Marlboro - business administration

       Howell  - humanities, fine and performing arts academy

       Freehold Township - global issues, animal and botanical sciences academy

       Freehold - medical sciences, culinary arts/hospitality management academy and a computer science academy     

      Colts Neck - law and public service, a Navy JROTC character and leadership development academy

SAT scores at all of the high schools consistently exceed state and national averages. More than 87 percent of the district's students pursue higher education.
