Town Pointe is
located off of Tenant Rd. in Manalapan. It’s a commuters dream with a 5 minute walk to NYC
buses. There are 120 2 or 3 bedroom homes in Town Pointe. The 2 bedroom
units are either upper or lower units, the 3 bedroom homes are 2 story
townhouses. The homes were built in the early 1990’s.
