Oak Knoll was built in the late 1980's to the early
1990's. Located off of Pension Road in Manalapan, there are 335 townhouses.
The townhouses have 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2.5 or 3.5 baths, a one car garage and
a basement.
The association fees for a 2 bedroom home are $192 per
month, the 3 bedroom homes are $212 per month. Included with the fees are
common area maintenance, snow removal, trash removal, basketball, tennis
courts and the pool.
School age children grades 1-3 will attend Milford Brook School,
grades 4-6 Pine Brook School, grades 7-8 Manalapan
