Knob Hill is located on Route 33 in the western section of Manalapan, NJ. It's a condo community featuring two distinctive styles of homes. There are single level condos located in three story buildings. Each of these homes offer two bedrooms and two baths. These homes also have a fireplace. There are also two-level townhomes with three or four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a one car garage.

The monthly maintenance is $161 per month. This covers common area maintenance, snow removal. There is an additional amenities fee of $163 per quarter which gives homeowners access to the clubhouse, pool, tennis.
