Briarheath in Manalapan, Monmouth County, was built in the early 1990's. The 146 homes are duplexes, each with two levels plus a walk-out basement. Homes are 3-4 bedrooms, with at least 2 1/2 baths and a one car garage.

The monthly maintenance fee is $100, plus a $60 per month special assessment fee which will cease at the end of 2008. The assessment fee covers common area maintenance , exterior maintenance, garbage removal and snow removal. Pets are allowed.

School age children will attend Clark Mills Elementary School, Wemrock Brook School, Manalapan Englishtown Middle School and the Freehold Regional High Scholl District.
